Postdoc Researcher Explainable Human Behavior and Affective Predictions

This postdoctoral research role focuses on developing explainable machine learning models for automatic perception of situational interest and epistemic curiosity. The project investigates how vision language and multimodal large language models can support interactive explanations in situated conversational settings, particularly within augmented or mixed reality learning environments. Candidates will engage in interdisciplinary research at the intersection of AI, human behavior understanding, and interactive intelligent systems.
