Postdoc Researcher

This postdoc position at DTU Centre for Technology Entrepreneurship focuses on investigating how technological expertise is integrated into top management and strategic decision-making within technology-intensive companies and startups. The role involves conducting case studies to understand how leaders utilize technical expertise to navigate uncertainty, drive innovation, and shape organizational direction. The successful candidate will also contribute to developing research-based teaching materials and educational formats for engineering students.
