This postdoc position focuses on optimizing biochar production from biomass and waste-derived feedstocks for use as a phosphate adsorbent in agricultural drainage waters. The role involves conducting experimental research on pyrolysis and adsorption processes, characterizing materials, and collaborating with academic and industrial partners to support pilot- and field-scale applications. The successful candidate will lead research tasks, supervise students, and contribute to scientific publications.
