Postdoctoral Fellow

A full-time Postdoctoral Research Associate position in Dr. Sayan Nandi’s laboratory at Howard University focused on NIH-funded research into microglia and their roles in neurodevelopmental, neuropsychiatric, and neurodegenerative disorders as well as neural injury. The lab integrates mouse genetics, cell culture, imaging, molecular biology, and physiological approaches to study microglia–neuron interactions. The role provides training in advanced neuroscience techniques and opportunities to develop fellowship and grant applications toward research independence.
