About this role
A postdoctoral research fellow position in Dr. Tesfaigzi's laboratory within Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at Mass General Brigham / Harvard Medical School. The role supports NIH-funded research into innate immune mechanisms of the airway epithelium and disease mechanisms of chronic lung diseases such as COPD, asthma, and IPF. The fellow will participate in experimental studies using human samples, cell models, and transgenic animal models to investigate how environmental pollutants and cigarette smoke affect lung function.
