About this role

The Uterine Health Research Lab at UBC is seeking a Postdoctoral Research Fellow to support the development and validation of novel non-invasive biomarkers for endometrial cancer risk assessment and early detection. The role involves working within a multidisciplinary team to develop and evaluate multi-omics approaches using vaginal and cervicovaginal specimens to improve risk stratification and disease detection. This on-site position is located at the Vancouver Hospital Campus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and advance multi-omics biomarker development projects
Support assay development and validation activities
Contribute to study design and data interpretation

Skills

Qualifications

PhD in molecular biology, translational research, genomics, bioinformatics, proteomics, cancer biology, reproductive biology, or a related field
