Postdoctoral researcher in ML for dynamical systems representation, prediction, and state-estimation

About this role
Aalto University’s Nonlinear Systems and Control group is hiring a Postdoctoral Researcher to develop machine learning–enabled approaches for predictive modelling and state estimation in physical sciences. The role focuses on building interpretable sequential-data models and uncertainty quantification for multi-physics dynamical systems and offers collaboration with academic and industry partners, opportunities to contribute to open-source tools, teach, and supervise students. The position is fixed-term (initially two years) with the primary workplace at Aalto’s Otaniemi Campus.
