About this role

Eli Lilly and Company is seeking a Postdoctoral Scientist in CNS Neuroimaging to support drug delivery development through the management and analysis of complex multimodal neuroimaging datasets. The role involves applying quantitative data analytics to preclinical and in vivo studies to translate imaging outputs into actionable biological and therapeutic insights. Candidates will collaborate with internal neuroscience experts and external research partners to optimize imaging strategies and ensure data quality.

Responsibilities

Receive, organize, and curate multimodal CNS neuroimaging datasets
Apply advanced quantitative analysis methods across neuroimaging modalities
Implement atlas-based registration and segmentation using established CNS atlases
Manage large imaging datasets with attention to data integrity and reproducibility
Develop and maintain custom Python-based image analysis workflows and pipelines
