Posting Specialist

The Payment Posting Specialist is responsible for accurately and efficiently posting insurance and patient payments to patient accounts. This position ensures payments, contractual adjustments, denials, and recoupments are recorded correctly in the practice management system while maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall revenue cycle. The role involves reviewing and reconciling payments against EOBs, ERAs, and bank deposits to ensure accuracy, identifying discrepancies, and routing denied or underpaid claims for follow-up.
