Power and Energy Macromodel Engineer

The role focuses on developing power and energy macromodels for die-to-die PHY and 2.5D interposer interconnects in C‑HBM programs. The engineer will create models from S‑parameter data, calibrate them against circuit‑level references, and ensure they run efficiently over long workload traces for integration into trace‑driven power and thermal simulation flows.
