Power Distribution and Make Ready Designer

This role involves supporting utility engineering projects by performing overhead utility pole design, NESC-compliant make-ready work, and joint-use engineering for major electric and telecom utilities. The position requires reviewing field data, evaluating attachment conditions, modeling pole loading, and preparing accurate construction-ready deliverables. It is a remote position with a mandatory two-week paid orientation at the Perrysburg, OH headquarters.
