Arcadis is seeking a highly motivated Lead Protection & Controls Engineer to join their Power Delivery team, providing technical leadership for the design, integration, and implementation of protection, control, SCADA, communications, and automation systems for medium- and high-voltage substations. The role involves leading multidisciplinary design teams, serving as the primary client interface, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects from conceptual design through commissioning. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients, mentor engineering staff, and drive technical excellence while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and client expectations.
