About this role

The Power Generation Electrical Technician is responsible for the installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of low- and medium-voltage electrical systems within power generation and site infrastructure. This role emphasizes safety, reliability, and operational readiness while collaborating with Operations, Commissioning, Engineering, and Maintenance teams. The position requires a strong foundation in electrical systems, adherence to safety codes, and the ability to work in various environmental conditions.

Responsibilities

Install and maintain low- and medium-voltage electrical systems for power generation assets
Perform electrical testing, troubleshooting, and fault diagnosis to restore system performance
Execute work in compliance with safety regulations and document activities in maintenance systems
