About this role
The Mission-Critical Power Plant Operations Manager is the senior owner-side authority responsible for governance, risk management, and safety for a natural-gas-fired self-generation power plant that supports a High Performance Compute Center. The role serves as the primary interface with an outsourced O&M service provider to ensure performance, reliability, compliance, and alignment with HPCC uptime requirements. This position provides strategic oversight, assurance, and decision concurrence for plant operations and integration with HPCC systems.
