About this role

The Power Generation Technician supports Diamondback’s power generation assets to maximize uptime and reliability by inspecting fuel gas systems, monitoring propane consumption, and tracking generator outages. This role serves as a resource for troubleshooting power generation assets and returning them to service while coordinating maintenance and repairs with operations and vendors. The position requires hands-on experience with mechanical systems and preventive maintenance techniques in the oilfield.

Responsibilities

Inspect and maintain generator fuel, air, cooling, electrical, and control systems
Monitor fleet propane consumption and manage fuel gas sampling and quality tracking
Track generator outages and coordinate maintenance repairs with operations and vendors
