About this role
The CDC Foundation is seeking a dependable and collaborative PoWER Initiative Coordinator to support the Kentucky Department for Public Health in launching and managing Kentucky’s community-based maternal health program, PoWER Teams. The role involves program coordination, stakeholder engagement, data management, and supporting implementation of rural health initiatives to improve maternal and postpartum outcomes.
