Power Plant Operations Assistant

This role offers an opportunity to build a career in power plant operations at the Puente Hills Gas-to-Energy Facility, working alongside experienced operators to gain hands-on experience with high-pressure steam systems and turbine-generator equipment. The assignment is anticipated to last two to four years and provides structured training and competitive pay to prepare candidates for advancement to higher-level positions. Incumbents will participate in routine operations and maintenance duties under the supervision of the Energy Recovery Supervisor.
