The Power Platform Manager at Manulife will lead the Power Platform engineering/run team responsible for platform stability, compliance, and operational excellence across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio. This role supports enterprise adoption and aligns platform operations with the company’s AI and strategic goals while reporting to the AVP of Global End User Support, Collaboration Solutions. The position is focused on scaling the platform, ensuring audit/readiness and collaborating with engineers, architects and business stakeholders.
