A Powerline Technician is responsible for discharging their trades qualifications and reporting to a staff supervisor or delegate. The role involves performing standby duties, assisting in the training of new employees and apprentices, and carrying out duties of lower classifications as needed. This position requires a valid Journeyman Powerline Technician Interprovincial Certificate or Lineman Trades Qualification Certificate along with a Class 3 driver's licence with air brake endorsement.
