Powertrain, Chassis and Electronics, Validation and Integration – Placement Year (July 2027)

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars is seeking two placement students to join the Powertrain, Chassis and Electronics, Validation and Integration team at their Goodwood manufacturing plant in July 2027. This role offers hands-on experience with prototype vehicles, including learning automotive diagnostics, supporting technical analysis, and monitoring production test system data. Students will also develop and deliver a personal project focused on product or process improvement while gaining practical insights into corporate operations.
