The PPC Quality Leader ensures that blown-film extrusion and converting operations consistently meet customer, regulatory, and DuPont quality requirements. This experienced leadership role owns and continuously improves the Quality Management System while partnering with cross-functional teams to prevent defects and resolve customer concerns. The position focuses on building a culture of quality ownership and driving operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives.

Drive continuous quality improvement using lean, Six Sigma, and root-cause analysis
Partner with Operations and Engineering to maintain robust controls for blown-film extrusion
