Practice Coordinator

The Practice Coordinator serves as the administrative public face of the practice, collaborating with clinical and management teams to support operations, patient registration, scheduling, and customer service recovery. This role ensures accurate flow between medical departments, manages complex scheduling for new patients and surgeries, and maintains revenue cycle functions including insurance authorizations and billing. The position requires strong problem-solving skills to facilitate daily transactions and provide exceptional patient care coordination across various UCSF campuses.
