Practice Director

This role oversees patient satisfaction and the operational and financial performance of physicians and medical practices across an assigned region, specialty, or geography within Genesis HealthCare System. It partners closely with physicians and practice leadership to align practice goals with medical group initiatives and ensure consistent performance across sites. The position serves as a key liaison between practices and system leadership to support growth and practice success.
