Practice Leader II

The Practice Leader II supervises assigned staff and collaborates with team members to address performance issues, develop action plans, and facilitate the onboarding of new staff, Advanced Practice Providers, and physicians. This role ensures a positive guest experience by enforcing service protocols, deescalating situations, and enhancing patient satisfaction and clinic reputation. The position also involves monitoring team workflows, managing office and clinical supplies, and implementing performance improvement activities to enhance clinic efficiency and patient care quality.
