Practice LPN-Full-Time LPN - Urology

This is an indirect patient care position responsible for supporting patient care through Epic InBasket management, patient communication, medication refill workflows, clinical triage, and care coordination under the supervision of physicians, advanced practice providers, and/or registered nurses. The role involves responding to patient phone calls, managing patient portal communications, processing medication refill requests, coordinating care, and providing patient education through telephonic and electronic communication. Possibility of remote work after 6 months of employment.
