Practice LPN - Medication Prior Authorization (Gastroenterology)

This indirect patient care role supports patient care through Epic InBasket management and medication prior authorization workflows under the supervision of physicians, advanced practice providers, and/or registered nurses. The position involves responding to patient phone calls, managing patient portal communications, completing medication prior authorizations, coordinating care, and providing patient education through telephonic and electronic communication. The role primarily utilizes Epic and other communication platforms rather than direct hands-on clinical care.
