Practice Manager II - North Lima

The Practice Manager II anticipates, plans, organizes, and directs the operations of one or more physician practices, supporting 6 or more providers and managing a minimum of 10 employee FTEs. This role ensures high-quality patient care by achieving annual operational and financial goals while overseeing standard processes for workflows, compliance, and efficiency. The position acts as a liaison for new provider integration and provides oversight to the practice lead and staff.
