About this role

The Practice Manager provides management and administrative support to the Breast and Surgical Oncology practice, working closely with the Lead Physician and other providers to develop business strategies, budgets, and oversee daily operations. The role includes financial control, staff management, compliance, and enhancing patient satisfaction within the Rochester Regional Health system.

Responsibilities
