The Practice Manager serves as the primary on-site leader, responsible for inspiring and developing the team to deliver exceptional patient care and achieve meaningful business results. This role involves leading daily practice operations, patient flow, and staffing while partnering with the Optometrist and Field Leadership to ensure clinical service alignment and practice growth. The position requires fostering a high-performing, patient-centered environment through coaching, operational consistency, and the adoption of new technologies.
