Practice Manager

The Practice Manager provides operational leadership and oversight for the Lebanon 3K Medical Oncology and Hematology clinics within an NCI-designated cancer center. This role is responsible for the day-to-day business operations of the practice and provides leadership for clinical secretaries, infusion schedulers, and new patient schedulers. The position partners closely with physicians, nursing, clinical, and administrative leaders to optimize access, patient flow, scheduling, care coordination, service excellence, and operational performance.
