Practice Manager

The Practice Manager provides management and administrative support to the Medical Oncology, Hematology and Infusion Center, working closely with physicians to develop business strategies, formulate budgets, and oversee daily operations. The role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising financial, operational, and personnel management within the policies of the Medical Group and Rochester Regional Health System. The position requires upholding patient rights, providing leadership to staff, and delivering superior customer service while communicating and modeling the system's mission and values.
