The Practice Operations Manager will serve as the operational leader for Amae Health’s Charlotte clinic, partnering with the Clinic Director to drive service delivery, operational alignment, and KPI performance. This on-site role focuses on building and coaching multidisciplinary teams, maintaining clinic systems and compliance, and supporting a best-in-class patient experience for individuals with severe mental illness. The manager will work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Growth, and Technology to scale operations and improve processes in a rapidly growing practice.
