Responsibilities

Lead service delivery and operational alignment across multiple clinic locations
Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure regulatory compliance with Joint Commission
Hire, train, coach, and develop multidisciplinary patient-facing teams
Manage staff schedules, PTO, and timecard approvals
Monitor and drive key performance indicators within practice operations
