About this role
The Lead Patient Care Coordinator supports patient registration and referral coordination within a medical practice, performing clerical and data management functions to support patient care. They provide training and support to other Patient Care Coordinators and help ensure adherence to regulatory standards (DNV, state and federal laws) while working under the Practice Administrator/Manager and Practice Manager/Assistant Practice Manager to improve the patient experience.
