Practice Representative

This role serves as a primary point of contact for patients and visitors within a BILH outpatient unit, ensuring excellent customer service through clear communication. The incumbent acts as a liaison between patients and staff, managing registration, attendance, scheduling, and billing coordination while maintaining accurate patient confidentiality. Reporting to the manager, the position involves facilitating patient flow and verifying insurance authorizations to support smooth medical operations.
