CKAM
The Practice Specialist plays a vital role in supporting children, youth, and families by assessing needs, creating case plans, and coordinating family support services with a focus on preservation and protection. This position involves collaborating with families, service teams, and community partners to design and implement plans that promote permanency and positive outcomes. The role also includes providing expert consulting, training, and guidance on complex cases to meet the evolving needs of the community.
