Practice System Service Owner

The Practice Systems Service Owner at Linklaters is responsible for owning the day-to-day delivery, performance, and continual improvement of practice-critical technology services that support legal work and client engagement. The role focuses on applications across the Practice Systems landscape—including document lifecycle, matter management, knowledge and document management systems—ensuring they are reliable, secure, and aligned with user needs. The position acts as the primary operational contact for practice systems, translating strategic vision into operational objectives and liaising with product owners and legal users to drive service improvements.
