Urban Alchemy
The Practitioner, LOVE role involves establishing positive relationships with community members, including residents, business owners, and the unhoused, to leverage effective communication and de-escalation. The position requires providing culturally responsive, trauma-informed mental health and substance use crisis assessment, intervention, and de-escalation. Practitioners work collaboratively to assess needs, create response plans, and connect individuals to supportive services while maintaining a calm and supportive presence.
