Practitioner – Work and Wellbeing service

The Practitioner role within the Work and Wellbeing service provides direct support to young people aged 16–25 who are not in employment, education, or training. The position focuses on preparing individuals for the workforce, building resilience, and improving motivation for independence through one-to-one and small group interventions. The role involves delivering personalized support, maintaining professional relationships with external agencies, and contributing to the broader mission of the Guernsey Youth & Housing project.
