Pre-Construction Estimator - Manager

The position requires supporting new business development, marketing, and the establishment of client relationships through competitive bidding, budgeting, and forecasting. Key duties include creating quantity takeoffs, managing subcontractor and vendor relationships, and preparing thorough bid proposals and presentations.
