Pre-Construction Estimator

This role involves estimating civil construction projects, managing proposals through various bid stages, and collaborating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to formulate accurate estimates. The position requires conducting site investigations, reviewing vendor and subcontractor quotations, and leading project reviews to determine the best course of action for civil scope requirements. Additionally, the role includes mentoring estimators, performing risk reviews, and assisting with the transition from preconstruction to the construction phase.
