Pre-MOR Team Lead

This role leads the Pre-MOR team within Global Central Planning to develop strategy and manufacturing readiness for new technology nodes in Micron's global front-end network. The position involves building and mentoring a team of engineers to convert technology requirements into comprehensive equipment, space, utility, capacity, and capital plans. Success requires strong cross-functional leadership to influence outcomes across Technology Development, Manufacturing, and other key departments while driving initiatives focused on manufacturing readiness and capital efficiency.
