Pre-Professional ICT Intern

This role provides operational support in handling technological incidents, user support, equipment preparation, and ICT asset management to ensure the continuity of technology services. The position involves assisting with hardware and software troubleshooting, configuring and preparing technological equipment, and managing IT inventory and asset records. The intern will also support infrastructure checks and participate in technology renewal activities.
