About this role
The Pre-Release Employment Navigator is a full-time, grant-funded position at Tallahassee State College embedded with the Department of Corrections – Region 4 (Charlotte–Miami-Dade). The role supports pre-release workforce development and reentry coordination for incarcerated individuals and works closely with college and corrections leadership. This position reports to the lead educator or Assistant Warden.
