Pre-T Nurse Aide

This role is part of the Nurse Aide Training Competency Evaluation Program (NATCEP) and involves non-direct patient care tasks such as answering call lights, assisting with hydration, and performing companionship visits. The position serves as a preliminary stage before completing the required classes and clinical work to become a Nurse Aide in Training (NAT). Individuals in this role must pass the licensure test to become a STNA within a four-month period or transition to a non-nursing position.
