Pre TDP Trainee

This is an entry-level, 30-day trainee position that provides hands-on experience in auto body repair and prepares participants to qualify for an 18-month Technician Development Program. The role involves working alongside experienced technicians to learn repair processes, shop procedures, and safety protocols at Gerber Collision & Glass. It is designed for candidates with a strong interest in automotive repair who want to develop technical skills on the job.
