PREA Manager

The PREA Manager oversees the facility’s compliance with the Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) and National Standards, leading efforts to prevent, detect, and respond to sexual abuse and harassment. This role serves as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for all PREA-related matters, integrating compliance standards into daily operations. The position ensures a zero-tolerance environment while managing audits, training, investigations, and data reporting.
