Precast Right Hand

The Precast Right Hand serves as the second-in-command on a production bed, working closely with the Production Foreman to safely and efficiently produce quality structural and architectural precast concrete products. This role involves leading the production crew, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and developing skills for advancement to Production Foreman. The position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work in demanding physical conditions.
