Precast Wall Foreman

Seminole Masonry is seeking an experienced and safety-focused Precast Wall Foreman to lead field crews in the installation and erection of precast concrete wall systems on active construction jobsites. This hands-on leadership role involves coordinating daily activities, directing crew members, and ensuring work is completed according to project drawings, specifications, and company quality standards. The position requires close collaboration with project management, crane operators, and other trades to maintain safety, productivity, and schedule adherence.
