Preceptor Recruitment and Retention Coordinator

The Preceptor Recruitment and Retention Coordinator provides administrative support to the Faculty Director of Preceptor Recruitment and Retention in identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and retaining community-based clinical preceptors, with an emphasis on rural and underserved practice sites. The Coordinator serves as an administrative point of contact for preceptors, maintains the preceptor database, and partners with the Family Medicine Clerkship course administrator to ensure an adequate and current pool of preceptor sites.
